Anting Grams – Technical Director

Anting Grams studied Bioengineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has more than 15 years of experience in the biogas industry.

Since joining Weber Entec in 2011 as one of its first employees, he has played a key role in the development and international implementation of acoustic cavitation technologies. Today, he is responsible for Technology, Research & Development and technical solutions.

His expertise focuses on the optimisation of anaerobic digestion processes, especially when using challenging feedstocks. Through numerous international projects, he has gained extensive experience with different substrates, plant designs and operating conditions.

Jan Talkenberger – Sales Director

Jan Talkenberger holds an engineering degree as Dipl.-Ing. (BA) in Supply and Environmental Engineering.

He has more than 12 years of international experience in management positions within the pump and environmental technology industries, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment and biogas.

His background enables him to understand both the hydraulic and process-related requirements of complex applications. As Sales Director, he works closely with plant operators, engineering companies and international partners to develop technically and economically suitable solutions.

Peter Sörries – Head of Service

Peter Sörries holds a Master of Engineering degree in Renewable Energies, with a particular focus on biogas technology.

Since joining Weber Entec in 2016, he has been responsible for the commissioning, technical optimisation and service support of installations around the world. His experience includes biogas plants, wastewater treatment facilities and industrial applications.

As Head of Service, he combines knowledge of biological processes with practical expertise in ultrasonic systems, pumps, macerators, piping, automation and control technology. This enables him to analyse the complete process and identify whether operational problems originate from the substrate, biology, hydraulics or technical equipment.
